Black Hawk Down!

June 21st, 2008 by Michael

So I am sure everyone here has seen those commercials for those little Air Hog helicopters that can do all of these stunts and tricks? Well tonight Denise and I went out to dinner and came home to find that Jake and Sally busted out of their kitchen prison (we had been slowly experimenting with letting these devil dogs roam the house while we are away…project aborted!) and decided to take an Air Hog for a ride. The only problem is this is what they did with it…here is a before picture:

and this is what I came home to find (black and white for effect):

Can you spot the guilty dog? Dilated pupils, evil look in HER eyes and a tongue licking up the last of the doomed helicopter….

Tomorrow will reveal the true culprit, as most of the styrofoam surrounding the fuselage has been devoured by one of these two foul beasts!

Jake version 2

April 4th, 2008 by Michael

Ok, so I was sitting on the patio this afternoon and snapped this picture of Jake.  I am starting to freak myself out, as today I realized that I take a ton of animal pictures!!  Am I turning into one of those people who call their dogs babies?  Umm…yeah, I think I just answered my own question.  Anyhow, here he is…again.

p.s. No funny comments about my Fred Flintstone sized toes!!

Introducing Sally

March 30th, 2008 by Michael

Don’t let that cute little face fool you, this dog is the devil in the flesh. Sally can shred furniture with the best of them. Her absolutely favorite things are tennis balls (dachshund sized though) and she loves to chew on….pig ears!! They are nasty, slimy and smell nasty! Ugh…what do to…what to do.

Meet Jake!

March 29th, 2008 by Michael

Yeah, I already know he is the cutest little dog in the world!! This was Jake’s first trip to the beach, it was cold, windy and he was knocked over by the water within the first 3 minutes!! He was a real trooper though and had a great time running around and being…well…a dog! Guess what? Tomorrow you get to meet Jake’s better half, Sally!
